SeekerHub ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
To provide task publishing and claiming services, we collect: email address (for login and verification codes), device identifier, and location information and task photos related to publishing/claiming tasks. Payment transactions are processed by our payment providers; we do not store your card information.
Your information is used solely for: account authentication, task matching and display, transaction reconciliation, security risk control, and necessary service notifications. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Data is stored on secure cloud servers, protected with TLS encryption and access controls. We retain necessary information while your account is active; within 30 days of account deletion we delete or anonymize your personal data, except where law requires longer retention.
The App uses local storage (e.g., UserDefaults) to keep essential preferences such as login state. We do not use such identifiers for third-party ad tracking without your consent.
You may delete your account or request data deletion at any time within the App. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
